How does the managed matching work?
You submit a request with your dog’s breed, city, and preferred timing. We manually shortlist groomers, check their availability, and confirm a suitable fit before sending you the details.
Is PetGroom.vip free to use for owners?
Yes. Submitting a booking request and receiving a match is free. The grooming appointment itself is priced and paid directly with the groomer.
How do I list my grooming business?
Apply via our groomer application page. We review all applications manually and will be in touch within a few business days.
Which cities do you cover?
We are currently active across 10 cities in the UK and Ireland, including Dublin, London, Manchester, and Glasgow. Coverage is growing as we confirm supply in new areas.
How do I delete my data?
Email hello+dpo@petgroom.vip with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days. If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove access via your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
